- on occassions when I had lower back pain I laid on my stomach and placed the p.e.bal on my the area of pain on my back and rested for a bit until I felt my body shiver and the pain was released from my back. Very cool!!!

- after complaints from guests that one corner of the kitchen at our Circle of Miracles Ministry school felt particularly negative even after people had tried to clean the area I placed one of my p.e.bals on the top of the refrigerator in the corner and left it there for a while (few days). After I got it back the reports for the room were unanimous, the negative energy was gone from the room.

As I understand it he was recovering slowly but surely but did not have the same enthusiasm he had before his heart started troubling him. I gave my gift with love to my teacher on the last night of class. I was talking to her again a week after and asked her how were things going? They were both having wonderful nights sleep (no more insomnia there!) Her partner feels FANTASTIC and has even been treating her to a massage or two!!!
I ordered another for the Great Grandparents for Christmas. Grandmother and I are keeping it a secret from Grandfather. I look forward to letting you know how things go there!!!

Actually 2 years ago i have also bought an item from you, namely
p.e.bal pyramid and have it kept in my room or sometimes in my pocket when i go out. So maybe this was the reason i didn't really feel too much the moment i opened the envelope and got hold of it. But after continue wearing it for these two days i have to admit that there is some kind of a calming and well-being feeling. And i could sense some kind of change in feeling too the moment i remove it from my neck. By the way just yesterday while wearing the pendant i held the pyramid in my hand too. I don't know the words to describe it but there was some kind of increase in intensity in feeling when i did so.
In my first day of wearing it i actually feel a bit light-headed andat the first night of sleep i was wearing it too and found myself notable to sleep properly. The next night i removed it and kept it nearby my bed and by then i had no more problem sleeping.

Before using the p.e.bal I had difficulty sleeping and after having had it a couple of nights found I wa able to sleep for up to 7 hours. However I showed the p.e.bal to a relative who was very keen on tryng it out. Hence I handed mine to her and she has found it is helping her in all sorts of ways - more harmony at home and at work. Hence I need to get another one for myself.
