- on occassions when I had lower back pain I laid on my stomach and placed the p.e.bal on my the area of pain on my back and rested for a bit until I felt my body shiver and the pain was released from my back. Very cool!!!

- after complaints from guests that one corner of the kitchen at our Circle of Miracles Ministry school felt particularly negative even after people had tried to clean the area I placed one of my p.e.bals on the top of the refrigerator in the corner and left it there for a while (few days). After I got it back the reports for the room were unanimous, the negative energy was gone from the room.

What I wanted to tell you is the difference it’s (the p.e.bal) made to my home life. I’ve lived here for eight years in an upstairs one bedroom flat. The soundproofing isn’t great and the man who lives below me is a nightmare. When I first moved here he told me that he’d had a nervous breakdown and been in a mental institution for a while. He’s very highly strung and everything he does is at top volume. When he’s on the phone I can hear everything he says. I’ve been down and told him this several times thinking that he’ll keep it down for the sake of his own privacy but nothing changes. I think he has a problem being alone. He can’t bear the silence and when he’s not on the phone he makes a grunting and groaning sound all the time. Anyway, I always dread the weekend when I’m not at work knowing I’ll be listening to him all day. It’s now 12:45 on Saturday and apart from one phone call he made earlier and the occasional light noise I’ve not heard any grunting all morning. I don’t know if the p.e.bal is blocking the negativity I usually feel when he’s doing it (which makes me feel stressed)or it’s affecting him directly and calming him down.

Hey, Im 17 and suffer badly with Insomnia if im lucky i fall asleep by 5.00am and at worse not at all. My mum saw this and brought it in the house for the first time I slept like a baby... last night we had it in the good dreams and woke early and totally refreshed. When i Place my hand over the Tip my hands throbs and some times goes red where I had placed it over the Tip.

… Love your products. We have a P.e.bal as well as a Nu-Me pendant my family bought me. I have suffered sleep paralysis since I was14 and am now 52. I'm awake and aware of things around me but unable to move or speak. I always feel that something is sneaking up on me and about to get me. It’s a terrifying thing. Since I got my Nu Me pendant which I have hanging on the bed post next to me at night, I have not had an episode. It’s been a year now. It’s made me feel so much more secure going to sleep at night.
