.... The other thing I noticed was that my partner seemed to go to sleep a lot quicker and said he had a really solid nights sleep. After 4 years of doing night shift and finishing at anywhere between 2.00 am and 4.00 a.m, he thought it was going to be difficult to get back into a day time rhythmn. The P.E Bal seemed to make this transition a lot easier.

I on the other hand, it seems to have given me more energy which is great, but not when I am still awake late at night. So I have fixed that problem and put the P.E.Bal at the other end of the house away from the bedroom.

I have since purchased a compact Nu-Me and received the Negater and am absolutely blown away by how different I feel since wearing the pendant! I feel more confident, relaxed, am no longer nervous and anxious for people to get upset and angry (because I always used to pick up on that) and feel so protected!
It's like being in a happy bubble! I've worn it now for a week and placed it under my pillow at night and at times put it straight onto a chakra if I felt it was needed. I'm a huge fan!!
