Traveling home from the Spirit fest in Christchurch, I was discussing an issue with my wife that is creating some stress for me at the moment. She reached into the back seat of our car, and unwrapped your energy,balancing protective device*. By the time we arrived home I was in a space of peace and decided on a positive outcome for the issue that was, (yes was) stressing me. Before using the p.e.bal I had difficulty sleeping and after having had it a couple of nights found I wa able to sleep for up to 7 hours.
