Since buying a P.e.bal my son's mood swings have improved dramatically. Also, the house is noticeably more harmonious, I am sleeping better, and have more energy.

.... The other thing I noticed was that my partner seemed to go to sleep a lot quicker and said he had a really solid nights sleep. After 4 years of doing night shift and finishing at anywhere between 2.00 am and 4.00 a.m, he thought it was going to be difficult to get back into a day time rhythmn. The P.E Bal seemed to make this transition a lot easier.

I on the other hand, it seems to have given me more energy which is great, but not when I am still awake late at night. So I have fixed that problem and put the P.E.Bal at the other end of the house away from the bedroom.

Traveling home from the Spirit fest in Christchurch, I was discussing an issue with my wife that is creating some stress for me at the moment.
