Most people are not aware that by clicking away on the
computer or talking on a cordless phone they are putting their health in
jeopardy. Electromagnetic fields or EMFs
are they are more commonly called have been linked to Cancer, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, miscarriages, fatigue and many other life-threatening
diseases. Nowadays it is almost
impossible to avoid it. But the dangers
of EMFs can be reduced with diet and a measure of awareness.
EMFs are created by power lines, microwaves, computers and

Although it is impossible to avoid electromagnetic radiation,
minimizing exposure can lessen the damaging impact on your health.
The first rule to remember is to turn off and unplug your
appliances when they are not being used.
Another way is to avoid Wi-Fi networks, especially at
home. It also helps to fully charge
laptops and then unplug them when they are ready to use. If they do need to be plugged in make sure
plugs and power extensions are as far away from your body as possible.
Try to steer clear of fluorescent and halogen lighting as
both produce substantial EMFs. A safe
alternative is LCD lighting.
With cordless phones, try and avoid DECT models as even when
not in use they transmit strong radio frequencies. When you are using it keep the handset away
from your body by using the speaker phone mode. This also applies to cell phones. If you are out in public and using the speaker phone is not an option
use a tube headset. It is important to
protect your body in order to avert health issues.
Grounding your body and using key foods and supplements
improves your resiliency to EMFs. Earthing is an excellent way to ward electromagnetic fields harmful
effects. All you needto do is stand
barefoot on a dewy patch of grass or walk along a sandy beach for at least 10
minutes every day. A diet rich in
